65-Year-Old Ukrainian Citizen Wanted for Allegedly Killing Son
On September 24, as a result of a joint operation conducted by the Police Department for Combating Organized Crime and the Artsakh police, a 65-year-old man, a citizen of Ukraine, was discovered in Berdzor, Kashatagh region of Artsakh.
This individual was wanted internationally at the initiative of the Ukrainian police for allegedly committing an act stipulated by Article 115 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code.
On September 16, in the village of Mironovka, Ukraine, the man reportedly killed his 42-year-old son and then flew to Armenia where he concealed himself.
The 65-year-old man has been arrested and transferred to the Police Department of Yerevan. Information about the suspect's discovery has been forwarded to the initiators of the search.
