Video: Citizen Steals Watch from Yerevan LLC Company Showroom

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia is undertaking measures to identify the person who allegedly committed theft at the showroom of an LLC company located on Northern Avenue in Yerevan. This information has been reported by the Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee.

On July 17, 2019, the person in charge of the showroom reported that on the same day, between 13:20 and 13:30, an unknown individual secretly stole a "Samsung Galaxy Watch" from the showroom, causing significant property damage.

Following the incident, on July 18, 2019, a criminal case was initiated at the Central Division of the Yerevan Police based on the characteristics of Article 177, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code, with the investigation being conducted by the Investigative Division of the Central and Norq-March administrative districts.

During the investigation, security camera footage from the crime scene has been obtained and examined. To ensure a comprehensive, objective, and thorough investigation of the criminal case, measures are being taken to locate the person who allegedly committed the crime.

The Investigative Committee requests that this individual come forward to the prosecuting authority or anyone who recognizes him, or has information regarding his identity or whereabouts, to contact the Investigative Division of the Central and Norq-March administrative districts within Yerevan.
