Armenian Defense Army Commander Awarded With Lieutenant General Rank

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, has issued a decree awarding Major General Karen Abrahamyan, the Minister of Defense and Commander of the Defense Army, with the military rank of Lieutenant General. This information was announced by the press service of the Artsakh President.

While presenting the insignia of the Lieutenant General rank to Karen Abrahamyan, the President wished him success, emphasizing that henceforth, everything should be done to ensure the consistent improvement of the combat readiness of the Defense Army.
