Who are the authors of the document regarding Hrayr Tovmasyan?

The newspaper "Fact" reports: "As is known, a draft decision has been introduced in the National Assembly regarding the question of terminating the powers of Constitutional Court judge Hrayr Tovmasyan by appealing to the Constitutional Court.

The draft was presented to the NA president by Lilit Makunts, the head of the "My Step" faction, meaning it is essentially authored by the faction itself.

In reality, according to the newspaper's sources, this document was composed by Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan, who had once declared himself the president of the CC, and Gagik Jhangiryan, who has been increasingly active in giving interviews lately.

It is equally noteworthy that the draft decision effectively equates the terms "CC member" and "judge." It turns out that everyone, including Vahe Grigoryan, who is the author of the idea of distinguishing these concepts, has understood that the "word games" related to these terms have no legal basis."
