Why Was Arthur Vanetsyan's Resignation Text Removed from the NSS Website: Eduard Aghajanyan

Shortly ago, the meeting of the ruling party's board concluded. After the meeting, the head of the Prime Minister's staff, Eduard Aghajanyan, spoke with reporters regarding the removal of the resignation text of former NSS head Arthur Vanetsyan from the website. When asked whether this was the result of discussions with the authorities, Aghajanyan said, “The NSS employees found that this was the right decision.”

It is noteworthy that Vanetsyan's resignation text stated: “State-building has its own logic; the randomness of decisions, the hastiness of actions, the prioritization of the secondary over the primary, and the inability to distinguish between the transient and the permanent is not a way that leads to the implementation of goals. It has nothing in common with the dignity of a soldier. The insignia of a soldier and such developments are incompatible.
