The fact is that my and my family members' accounts are frozen: Kocharian
During a session at the Shengavit court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan, the presiding judge Anna Danibekyan asked Armenia's second president Robert Kocharian how much bail he was prepared to pay if the preventive measure of detention was changed.
"If you unfreeze my accounts, that’s one situation; if you don’t unfreeze them, that’s another situation. I don’t know what to say because I don’t know what you intend to do. The fact is that my and my family members' accounts are frozen, and it is clear that I have to get that money from somewhere. I have never been in debt in my life; that’s not who I am. If you unfreeze it, that’s one amount; if you don’t, that’s another amount," he stated.
