We Must Determine Who Wrote the Text Attributed to Arthur Vanetsyan: Prime Minister's Spokesman

The Prime Minister's press secretary, Vladimir Karapetyan, commented on the statement made by former NSS head Arthur Vanetsyan on September 16. In response to an 'Armenpress' question regarding how he would interpret Vanetsyan's statement, Vladimir Karapetyan specifically stated: 'We need to find out who wrote the text attributed to Arthur Vanetsyan. We hope that the author is not one of the corrupt individuals who might 'accidentally' evade criminal liability through PR offices.'

He urged General Vanetsyan not to lose the dignity of an officer, to which he refers.
