Hraparak: 'But if I solve everyone's questions, why shouldn't I solve my own?'

Hraparak: 'But if I solve everyone's questions, why shouldn't I solve my own?'

Hraparak newspaper reports: Former military prosecutor Gagik Jhangiryan is frequently the subject of rumors suggesting he has become a problem-solver within the law enforcement system, a unique shadow cardinal in the legal block of the new authorities. There are even accounts indicating that he can often be seen in the offices of the presidents of the Court of Cassation, which reportedly irks judges.

We were even told that when a high-ranking official from the judicial system approached with a request related to a complex criminal case, they were directed to Jhangiryan.

Jhangiryan himself responds to such rumors with humor. 'What question should I solve?' he asked us during a phone conversation, 'If I solve everyone's questions, why shouldn't I solve my own? These are unserious matters, don't take them seriously, approach them philosophically.'

So, what is your question? Do you perhaps have plans to occupy an important position? 'No. There is neither such a plan nor such an issue.'

Judges say you are active; is it possible that you are providing consultations or directions? 'The only consultations I provide are my public speeches. I do not have any private consultations, nor do I manage secret services.'
