Gasoline and Gas Stations to be Inspected Without Prior Notice to Prevent Regulation Changes
Today, the National Assembly adopted a bill proposed by the government, which stipulates that inspection teams will no longer be required to provide operators of gasoline stations, gas stations, and similar facilities with three days' notice before inspections.
The Deputy Minister of Justice noted that, for instance, due to the rapid development of information technologies at gasoline stations, it is possible to change regulations within minutes. As a result, as the deputy minister presented, if inspectors notify the operators three days in advance, they can temporarily rectify any issues until the inspections are completed, only to revert to non-compliant practices afterward.
