Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Yerevan: Details

Today, on September 16, a fatal pedestrian accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 10:30 AM, Edgar D., a 39-year-old resident of the Kotayk region, hit 79-year-old R.S., a resident of Yerevan, with his Mitsubishi vehicle, license plate number 11 LL 909, in front of the address 2/8 on Sebastia Street, as reported by shamshyan.com.

The driver did not flee the scene and called Yerevan's 1-03 emergency service, followed by the operational management center of the Yerevan traffic police. He assisted in transporting the injured man to Astghik Medical Center.

According to photojournalist reports, the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries hours later in the hospital.
