Azerbaijan's Army Launches Another Large-Scale Military Exercise

According to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, around 10,000 personnel are involved, along with over 100 armored vehicles, 120 artillery systems, approximately 20 helicopters and aircraft, and various UAVs. The exercises will continue until September 20.

As reported by Razm.info, on the first day of the exercises, various units were deployed from their permanent locations to operational areas, specifically to the exercise sites.

Judging by the footage released by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, the artillery systems involved include the "Msta-S" self-propelled howitzers, BM-21 "Grad", "Smerch", and 306mm caliber Israeli LYNX EXTRA MLRS. Additionally, the armored vehicles include T-90 and T-72 tanks, while the aviation assets consist of Su-25 attack aircraft, Mi-24, Mi-35 assault helicopters, and Mi-8/17 multifunctional helicopters.
