Anna Hakobyan Discusses 'My Step' Foundation Scholarship Program with Swiss-Armenian Businessman
The wife of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Anna Hakobyan, who is also the chair of the board of trustees of the 'My Step' and 'City of Smile' charitable foundations, met on September 16 with Swiss-Armenian businessman and philanthropist Vahe Gabriasyan, president of the 'Armenia' and 'Alliance Armenia' foundations.
During the meeting, Vahe Gabriasyan presented his activities and projects in Armenia. Anna Hakobyan shared the achievements of the 'My Step' foundation, particularly focusing on the foundation's scholarship program, highlighting that this year 'My Step' has provided scholarships to 54 students accepted into leading universities around the world.
Emphasizing the significance of implementing educational programs, Vahe Gabriasyan expressed his willingness to support the foundation's scholarship initiative. Additionally, during the meeting, Anna Hakobyan detailed the upcoming visit to the Swiss Confederation in October and conveyed Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's greetings to the philanthropist.
"When the Prime Minister learned that I was to meet with you, he asked me to convey his high regard for your activities in Armenia," said Anna Hakobyan.
