147 Criminal Cases Disclosed in 3 Days

According to summaries of operational reports from the police, from September 13 to 16, various departments of the Police of Armenia disclosed 147 criminal cases, of which 7 were previously committed.

Specifically, incidents included: 25 cases of causing bodily harm, 22 cases of abuse of office by employees of commercial or other organizations, 20 cases of personal property theft, 13 cases of embezzlement or misappropriation, 10 cases of battery, 9 cases of fraud, 4 cases each of drug discovery, threats of murder, and discovery of cold weapons, 3 cases each of hooliganism, illegal logging, and abuse of official powers, and 2 cases each of kidnapping, residential burglary, money laundering, confiscation of weapons and ammunition, and drug trafficking. Additionally, there was 1 case each of theft of public property, smuggling, intentional destruction of property, poaching, document forgery, illegal deprivation of liberty, committing immoral acts against an underage person, deceiving a consumer, polluting water, and illegal remuneration by a non-public official.

Three individuals were identified as missing, and four were wanted. There were also 2 instances of voluntary surrender of weapons and ammunition.

From previously committed crimes, 5 cases of personal property theft and 1 case each of causing bodily harm and fraud were disclosed.

In the last 3 days, there were 31 registered traffic accidents in the republic, resulting in 1 fatality and 47 individuals sustaining varying degrees of bodily injury.
