Authorities Have Resort to Base Deceit: Levon Kocharyan Releases Video

Authorities are using the grief of the relatives of the victims of March 1 for their political interests. This was stated by Levon Kocharyan, the son of Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan, on his Facebook page.

This video serves as further evidence of the base deceit employed by the authorities throughout this period. They disregard the feelings of the victims' relatives and exploit that grief for their own political gain.

My 'version' is that on March 1, a soldier of the internal troops named Tigran Abgaryan was deliberately killed under the instructions of protest leaders, causing panic and fear within the police force, leading them to cease their functions.
