‘Zhamanak’: Winter Draft Dates Changed This Year

‘Zhamanak’ newspaper reports: “The government has decided that the winter draft will take place not from January 1 to 31, 2020, as has been the case in recent years, but will begin this year on December 16 and continue until January 31, 2020.
