Body of 33-Year-Old Man Found Hanging in New Nork 2nd District Playground

A tragic incident occurred in Yerevan today, September 14. Around 07:10, the emergency situations ministry's rescue service received a call at the 9-11 operational management center informing them that there was a male corpse hanging from the goalpost in a soccer field located on Totoventsi Street, between School No. 164 and Kindergarten No. 103 in the New Nork administrative district.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, police, investigators, and rescuers determined that the deceased was identified as 33-year-old Gevorg B. from Abovyan. Upon examining the body, the forensic doctor indicated that there were no signs of violence found on the external examination of the corpse.

Locals gathered at the scene mentioned that the tragic incident was first witnessed by the night guard, who then alerted the relevant authorities.
