“According to Tradition, the First Lavash Taken from the Tonir Should Be Given to Passersby,” Naira Zohrabyan
Member of the National Assembly from the “Prosperous Armenia” faction, Naira Zohrabyan, made a post on her Facebook page announcing that she has distributed lavash to passersby.
“According to tradition, the first lavash taken from the tonir should be given to passersby. That’s exactly what we did,” she stated.
