If the bill proposed by ruling party members Sisak Gabrielyan and Armen Pambukhchyan is adopted by the National Assembly, citizens will have the opportunity to document traffic violations with their phones and report them to the police.

“It is clear to all of you internally, in your inner mental world, what this is called,” said MP Arthur Dallakyan from the Prosperous Armenia Party during the discussion of the project in the National Assembly, claiming that this project is unacceptable.

In his view, there is no security issue that needs to be addressed by this project; furthermore, it will instigate enmity. “I will tell you what you are sowing among the citizens. First and foremost: enmity. You have inscribed this in the project from one to another... This is a morally deficient project; there is no morality in this,” the MP stated.
