VIDEO: "Ha-ha-hi-hi" - The Mouse and Cat in the National Assembly

Deputy Naira Zohrabyan from the Bloc of My Step presented a bill that addresses and criminalizes all forms of cruel treatment towards animals. During today's discussion in the National Assembly, My Step deputy Armen Pambukhchyan raised a question about how they would respond if someone were to trap and kill a mouse or administer a lethal injection to laboratory rats.
