David Tonoyan Receives Multiple World and European Champion Sargis Stepanyan

On September 9, Minister of Defense of Armenia David Tonoyan hosted the double champion of the European Armwrestling Championship for the Disabled and triple world champion Sargis Stepanyan in connection with his receipt of a new military rank.

Congratulating Stepanyan on attaining the rank of lieutenant colonel, Minister Tonoyan inquired about his military daily life and the social activities related to the Armenian Disabled Sports Federation established by Stepanyan. He wished him boundless strength and vigor.
