David Sanasaryan wrote on his Facebook page: “Good morning, dear ones. I believe it is human nature to ruin our health with an unhealthy lifestyle and then start complaining about doctors. Therefore, I wanted to share and ask you to pay attention to your health.

I think the key prerequisites for a healthy lifestyle are: eliminating sugar from our diet, minimizing salt intake, reducing the consumption of bread, minimizing or completely eliminating meat consumption, minimizing alcohol intake, excluding liquid consumption immediately before and after eating, AVOIDING SMOKING, exercising, moving, and lying or sitting less.

P.S. In many countries, there is a growing trend of high 'standing desks', which are adapted for working while standing. I love you all.”
