Parents of 2.5-Year-Old Who Fell from 6th Floor in Yerevan Need Help

The parents of a 2.5-year-old child who fell from the 6th floor of a building on Tumanyan Street in Yerevan are looking for a rented apartment. This was reported by social media user Vanuhi Tovmasyan, noting that the family had just arrived from the United States a day before the terrible incident and had rented an apartment in their building.

“My compassionate Armenian people, who always share the pain of others, Artyom arrived in Armenia with his family 2 days ago and rented one of the apartments on the same floor as mine. The very next day, a horrific tragedy occurred: the elder son, Ardvine, who is only 2.5 years old, fell from the window of the 6th floor,” she wrote.

Tovmasyan mentions that the family did not purchase travel medical insurance, thinking that nothing would happen in 10 days, while the U.S. Embassy informed them that American insurance would not be valid here. Additionally, the family needs to change their environment so they do not go insane from the memory of the event. You also know how expensive rent is in the small center, and treatment may take a very long time,” she wrote.
