Merkel Sits to Listen to Anthems in China
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Chinese Premier Li Keqiang were seated today to listen to the national anthem of Germany during an official greeting ceremony in China. When the anthem of China played, Premier Li stood up.
According to РИА Новости, the ceremony took place in Tiananmen Square, Beijing, under sweltering heat of 30 degrees Celsius.
