Kocharian's Defenders to Petition for His Immediate Release from Custody
The defenders of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharian, are preparing to submit a petition to the court demanding the immediate cancellation of the detention imposed on the former president. This was announced to NEWS.am by Aram Orbelian, a member of Robert Kocharian's defense team.
The legal team reached this decision based on a request from Robert Kocharian following a Constitutional Court ruling.
