Where is the 'Dorian' hurricane and how fast is it moving? In the studio of SHANTNEWS.am, the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations' meteorological service, Gagik Surenyan, addressed these questions. He also discussed the characteristics of this storm.
“This storm is compared to the most powerful 'Andrew' hurricane in history observed in 1992, where the wind speed reached 300 km/h. It can be said that it is almost the same strength tropical cyclone,” notes Surenyan.
