«Zhamanak» reports: «Recently, Robert Kocharyan has put his real estate located in the administrative district of Yerevan up for sale. These primarily include state institutions and enterprises that Kocharyan privatized during his presidency. According to our sources, the number of such buildings exceeds several hundred, and their market value is estimated to be between $300 million and $500 million.»
