The Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, Arthur Javadyan, submitted his annual declaration for 2018 to the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials on May 29, 2019. This was reported by armtimes.com.

At the beginning of the year, the Central Bank chairman had 131 million AMD, 629 thousand USD, and 162 thousand EUR, which increased by the end of the year to 133 million AMD, 671 thousand USD, and 182 thousand EUR.
In 2018, Javadyan reported income amounting to 30 million 434 thousand 45 AMD, 2,376 EUR, and 36 thousand 511 USD, generated from dividends, salary, and interest from loans granted.
Since assuming office in 2014, Javadyan has declared both his movable and immovable properties. The Central Bank chairman owns 7 properties: 2 houses, 1 apartment, and 4 plots of land. He also possesses a vehicle, a VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG V6 3.5. He has not sold these assets in the following years.
Additionally, the financial resources of Javadyan's wife, Hasmik Manukyan, also increased in 2018.
