Serzh Sargsyan's Message to Bako Sahakyan

The 3rd President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, has sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, on the occasion of his birthday. This was reported by the office of the 3rd President of Armenia.

Being one of the pioneers of the Artsakh movement, you have made an undeniable contribution from the very first days of the liberation struggle in the fight for the sacred land of Artsakh, its defense, as well as in the formation of a regular army, the strengthening of the Republic of Artsakh, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the people of Artsakh. Even today, you continue your mission with the same dedication, emphasizing the unity of our people, the peaceful and dignified resolution of the Artsakh issue, and the development of Artsakh towards a stable future, in which I sincerely wish you success."
