Grassland Area Burning in Shikahogh Village of Syunik Province

On August 27, at 12:10 PM, the "911" service received a report about a fire breaking out in a grassland area adjacent to the village of Shikahogh in Syunik Province.

An operational group from the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, along with three firefighting units, rushed to the scene. By 19:31, a total of 40 rescuers and 5 mountain rescuers had participated in the firefighting efforts.

As of 23:05, the fire was contained, and a standby situation was established.
