Arjistis Residents Clash with Tavush Governor Over Water Supply

The Governor of Tavush, Hayk Chobanyan, informed the residents of Arjisi that there would be water today. Residents of Arjisi retorted that if there was going to be water today, it could have been provided a month ago, to which the governor responded positively.

The governor noted that they had learned about the issue five days ago, and appropriate orders were given to resolve the problem within five days.
