What Incidents Are Not Considered Insurance Claims
An insurance incident is considered the personal and property damage caused to a person as a result of vehicle use on the territory of Armenia. Iravaban.net presents cases that are not considered insurance incidents:
- Damage caused by incidents resulting from force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances),
- Damage resulting from terrorist acts, military operations, riots, or mass disturbances,
- Damage caused during the transportation of hazardous waste, provided it is solely related to hazardous materials,
- Damage caused to a victim intentionally by their own actions,
- Damage caused to natural resources, air, surface, or underground waters, or subsoil, classified as state property,
- Damage to works of art, precious jewelry, stones, or metals,
- Damage to cargo being transported under a freight contract.
