Iran's Foreign Minister Unexpectedly Arrives in Biarritz
Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has arrived in Biarritz, where the G7 leaders' summit is taking place.
According to Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi, Zarif traveled to France at the invitation of his French counterpart to continue consultations regarding initiatives in Paris, as reported by Mehr.
On Friday, the Iranian Foreign Minister was in Paris, where he held talks with President Emmanuel Macron and Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.
The spokesperson emphasized that during the summit, Zarif would not conduct negotiations with the American delegation.
