Body of Former NSS Employee Found with Gunshot Wound

An extraordinary incident has occurred in Yerevan, as reported by Shamshyan.com. At around 10:30 AM, police received a call indicating that there was a man's body in an apartment on Eghbayrutyun Street.

Police and investigators discovered the body of the apartment owner, 55-year-old S. Ghahramanyan, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the chest. A Makarov-type pistol was also found near him.

Materials are being prepared by the Shengavit investigative department regarding the incident. According to sources, the deceased had previously worked for the National Security Service. Whether the incident was a suicide or an unfortunate accident will be determined after several examinations are conducted.
