Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine Joins Firefighting Operations

Today, at around 1:00 PM, a fire broke out in the area adjacent to the villages of Champni and Sevakar in the Kapan region. The blaze is consuming vegetation cover. Upon receiving the alarm, several firefighting units from the regional rescue department, as well as personnel from the Kapan branch of Hayantar, were dispatched to the scene, joined by soldiers and local villagers.

Considering the rapid spread of the fire, the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine has promptly joined the firefighting operations, providing necessary equipment and personnel. Currently, three BELAZ brand fire trucks, three Kamaz fire engines, three loader trucks, and two excavators are at the site.

The extent of the fire is still unclear, and all necessary measures have been taken to prevent the spread of the fire and extinguish it as quickly as possible.
