19 Firefighting Units Participate in Fire Suppression Efforts: Ministry of Emergency Situations

The Minister of Emergency Situations, Felix Tsolakyan, has visited the site of the incident. Currently, 19 firefighting units, two aerial platforms, a special rescue squad from the Rescue Service, and operational groups from the national crisis management center are engaged in fire suppression efforts at "Malatia Mall." Additionally, an instructor from the psychological support unit is providing psychological counseling.

By order of Minister F. Tsolakyan, a rescue and operational group consisting of 30 personnel has been formed to assist with firefighting operations. This team has been deployed to the scene.

Information regarding the firefighting efforts is being reported to the Minister of Emergency Situations on a regular basis. According to spokesperson for the Minister of Health, Alina Nikoghosyan, two citizens who were transferred to the Republican Hospital due to the fire have now been discharged. At this time, a total of one citizen continues to receive treatment.
