Why the Rehabilitation Work on the Chknagh-Zoraglukh Section is Delayed: Gorgisyan

Georg Gorgisyan, a member of the 'Bright Armenia' faction of the National Assembly, has reported on his Facebook page that he received a response from the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure regarding his inquiry.

'In response to my inquiry addressed to Minister Suren Papikyan on 12.08.2019 regarding the rehabilitation works on the Chknagh-Zoraglukh section of the Aparan-Zoraglukh road in the Aragatson region, the ministry has today informed me in a written response that the specified section will be completely renovated in 2020. The ministry also clarifies that the delays in the road rehabilitation works are due to the termination of the contract with the contractor on 27.05.2019 for failure to carry out the works,' he stated.
