Analysis and evaluation of findings related to the expert examination conclusion in the Amulsar case:

This publication presents the analysis and evaluation regarding the complex expert examination conclusion received on August 7, 2019, concerning criminal case number 69104218 under investigation by the Main Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee. This case was initiated based on the apparent concealment of information regarding environmental pollution by officials of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia, in relation to Article 282, part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
