VIDEO: Fire at the Foot of Mount Ara

On August 20, at 09:16, the emergency services received a report that an area covered with grass was burning near a sand pit at the foot of Mount Ara in the Kotayk region. According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations press service, two firefighting teams from the regional rescue department have been dispatched to the scene.

It has been confirmed that approximately 20 hectares of grassy area are ablaze. Additional information will be provided.
