How the National Assembly Spent 5 Million Drams on Vardavar Celebration

On the occasion of the Vardavar holiday, the National Assembly of Armenia commissioned the organization of the event to the companies "Ani Julhakyan" and "Soloyan Meri" LLC. A total of 4,941,300.00 AMD was allocated for the event.

The activities conducted included the rental and transportation of sound equipment, organization of a concert by a music group, printing of materials, installation of booths, procurement of water barrels, artistic decoration of the area, as well as the engagement of transportation and labor.

The National Assembly's response indicates that 4 large booths were installed, each costing 150,000 drams, along with 10 small booths at 15,000 drams each, 1 rope valued at 100,000 drams, 300 polyethylene bags priced at 200 drams each, and 120 meters of water pipe costing 36,000 drams. Additional expenses included 60 floor cleaning mops at 60,000 drams, 15 hosts at 8,000 drams each, 1 transport vehicle costing 120,000 drams, photo-video recording at 300,000 drams, 14 water barrels for 490,000 drams, and 100 seats costing 40,000 drams.

The assembly paid 800,000 drams for sound equipment, 300,000 drams for printing, 200,000 drams for branding, 300,000 drams for scenario development, 200,000 drams for DJ services, and 200,000 drams for musical decoration, as well as 300,000 drams for the concert performance by the music group.

Thus, the National Assembly spent a total of 4,941,000 drams on the Vardavar event.
