Thieves Rob Home of Surgeon from Aramyan Medical Center in Yerevan
The Investigative Committee of Armenia has opened a criminal case regarding a large-scale burglary at the residence of a surgeon from the Aramyan Medical Center in Yerevan.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the case was initiated based on a report from Tigran Sargsyan, a resident of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan. Sargsyan reported to the Malatia Police Department that on August 12, during the time frame of 4:30 PM to 6:50 PM, an unidentified individual or individuals gained access to his apartment using a key and entered, where they stole gold jewelry and a significant amount of money from the Russian Federation.
Authorities, including the police and the investigative division, are conducting the necessary operational-investigative and joint actions to uncover the crime, identify the thief or thieves, and recover the stolen property.
According to G. Shamshyan's information, T. Sargsyan works as a surgeon at the Aramyan Medical Center.
