Lawsuit Against Health Minister Arsen Torosyan

The "Armenian National Health Council" civil society organization has filed a lawsuit against Health Minister Arsen Torosyan.

The plaintiff, Gevorg Grigoryan, alleges defamation. During a live broadcast, Torosyan referred to those speaking out against vaccinations as "individuals who endanger the health of our population for selfish purposes."

Alina Nikoghosyan, Torosyan's press secretary, told ArmDaily.am that the lawsuit is "baseless." She stated, "We do not intend to comment on this. The time will come, and we will present our arguments in court."
