According to preliminary data, a serviceman of the NSS Border Guard unit, familiarizing himself and establishing a close relationship with two individuals (a brother and sister), offered to assist them in securing employment within the NSS in exchange for bribes. Acting with a united intent, from September to December 2018, he systematically embezzled a total of 3,104,632 AMD from them under various pretexts, deceiving them and abusing their trust.
