The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, has published videos on his Facebook page and noted: “The road construction works on the Gyumri-Vanadzor highway, the reconstruction of the M1 Yerevan-Gyumri-Bavra road, and Gyumri-Kaps-Amassia.”
