Video: The Defeated Armenia is a Thing of the Past, Says Prime Minister

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, is currently in Gyumri, where he is periodically participating in live broadcasts. At this moment, he is live streaming a meeting with rock musicians.

Pashinyan addressed the young rock musicians, stating that their work is very important. “The defeated Armenia is already in the past; people can wear shorts, have beards like I do, or like these guys. You are doing important work, keep it up, guys!” he said.

The Prime Minister also took photos with the young men and announced that this year's Independence Day celebration will take place in Gyumri and that, from now on, the Independence Day will be celebrated in different regions every year. He expressed his desire for the musicians to participate in the celebration with their songs.
