VIDEO: 60 Dead in Tanzania Fuel Tanker Explosion
At least 60 people have died in a fuel tanker explosion in Morogoro, Tanzania, according to The Citizen. The tanker overturned, causing the fuel to leak out. People gathered to collect the leaking fuel.
The explosion reportedly occurred after one of the attendees lit a cigarette. An investigation is underway, and fire crews are currently working to mitigate the aftermath of the incident.
