Nikol Pashinyan Attends Opening of Cotton-Covered Factory in Maralik

Nikol Pashinyan is participating in the opening of a cotton-covered factory in Maralik. The Prime Minister showcased the newly opened factory via a live broadcast from the site. He also wrote, "Armenia 2019: Factory opening in Maralik. Armenia must become an industrial country."

Vardan Srmakesh, the founder of the "Frank Müller" brand, is also present at the opening ceremony of the cotton-covered factory in Maralik. He is one of the co-owners of the factory.

The factory's focus is on the initial phase of thread production, and if it operates at full capacity, it will bring together many smaller factories, said another co-owner, Gevorg Gasparyan, in an interview with journalists during the opening ceremony.

Speaking about the expenses allocated for the opening of the factory, Gasparyan noted that more than $4 million has been invested.
