Video: Vardges Gasparyan Lays Down in Front of City Hall
Civil activist Vardges Gasparyan has laid down in front of the City Hall building. He states that he submitted a letter to the mayor but has not received a response, and this is how he expresses his protest.
Representatives of the City Hall approached him, saying they would respond to his letter, but Gasparyan continued to present his protest while lying down.
