Damaged Range Rover Leaves Scene of Explosion in Violation of Rules
A Range Rover that was damaged in an explosion on the Yerevan-Sevan highway left the scene in violation of traffic regulations.
This was reported by a correspondent from SHANTNEWS.am. According to the correspondent, one of the police officers instructed another to detain an individual named Melo, who is suspected of owning the vehicle that left the scene.
As previously reported, on August 2, an explosion on the M4 highway from Yerevan to Sevan caused a serious traffic jam. Two vehicles were damaged in the explosion: a Range Rover with the license plate 555 LL 05 and a Nissan with the license plate 35 MD 686. There were no casualties or injuries reported.
Reports indicate that the Range Rover belongs to former National Assembly deputy and businessman Melik Manukyan, known as Shshi Melo.
