MP Vardan Ghukasyan's Son Charged
The Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia has brought charges against T. Manukyan for evading the regular conscription of compulsory military service by simulating an illness, under part 2, point 1 of Article 327 of the RA Criminal Code.
Similarly, S. Ghukasyan has been charged for evading the same service through deceit, under part 2, point 2 of Article 327 of the RA Criminal Code.
The investigation of these criminal cases is ongoing, as reported by the RA Investigative Committee.
