Bako Sahakyan and Arman Tatoyan Discuss Human Rights Protection Issues
On July 31, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, received the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan.
The meeting, which was also attended by the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, addressed several issues related to the protection of human rights and the cooperation between the relevant institutions of the two Armenian states.
